Westward Ho is a (6’-6’30”) piece for unaccompanied tuba. It was premiered by the composer at the Eastman School of Music in February 2020. The piece asks the performer to sing and shout, however if you’re not comfortable doing that, you could play the sung parts and enlist the help of a friend for the shouting.
